I went to the fair last night and i had the most fun in like months...at the expense of my health, of course. I don't even want to think about the amount of calories i consumed there...i had a giant turkey leg, fried cheesecake, and a candy apple. I know, i know...it's horrible.
And to make matters worse i had McDonald's big breakfast in the morning (but i didn't know how much calories were in it until i looked it up, much to my horror). So, seeing that i had a completely nutritionally disastrous day yesterday, do u guys think i shouldn't eat at all today? Cuz i'm not sure if i'll have the time to go to the gym today. Good thing is, though, i haven't gained any extra weight.
I'm just really worried i might. So, i guess my real question is, if i go way over my calories in one day do i have to eat less the next day?? Or, if i don't consume enough calories one day, can i eat more the next day?

Today is a NEW day... dont play Catch-up... just as a NEW day.... try to make better choices etc...:drinker: Each day is a new day, try to treat them as separate.
PS. EVERYONE has days like those.... they will NOT ruin all your good work unless they happen regularly!
Today try and eat "clean" and drink LOTS of water to flush it all out of your system.

Eat today.
Yesterday is over. You cah't change the choices you made yesterday, by making poor nutrition choices today. Not eating is never the answer!

No, No, No!! Do NOT starve yourself today because of yesterdays mistakes. Brush it off. Today is a new day. Make sure you eat your 1200 calories for the day no matter what!! Don't let yesterday spill over into today !! You should never starve yourself no matter how much you ate the day prior.0

Don't beat yourself up and don't try to 'make up' for yesterday's indulgences. You'll just caught in a cycle of unhealthy eating. It took me ages to get that! Each day is a new day.0

I knew you must live close as I was at the fair yesterday, too! I grew up in garner and live in willow spring now. I ate:
roasted corn,
gyro,
funnel cake,
corn dog,
& lots of soda..
and ice cream..
The good news is i taste everything and my hubby eats the rest
We"ll get back on board tomorrow...0 -
Not eating at all is NOT the right way to handle a bad food day! Today is a new day!0

Don't ever skip meals. Just stick with about 1200 calories and work out a little extra each day this week. A flop of a day every now and again will not mess you up as long as you get back in the sadle the next day. You'll be good!0

They are all right!! Eat clean, drink LOTS of water and you'll be fine. We all have our mess up days---and one day isn't going to ruin your hard work from previous days and days to come! Keep your head up and stay positive!0

This is the BEST advice!0
