Trying to get back on track!

So i had final exams the last 2 weeks and i cheated like crazy...some days I didn't even add the foods I ate because I ate so much it would take too long to enter it all!!! In the past 2 weeks i gained back about 5lbs. I feel fat and icky and disappointed in myself! Now that school is over I have time to work out and cook healthy meals...so hopefully i will actually do it! I get going and do well then quit!!! I just neeed to stick to it!!! Why does it just seem so hard?!?! :grumble:

aw, yes I know that feeling....I had a few cheat days and said ah phewy! too much to enter and waited to the next day ..or so:ohwell:
I think its great that your again motivated to get back at it and think that will make all the difference! When we are stressed its really hard to be good, but it will get easier as we get more into this new lifestyle I'm sure....
