Can anyone tell me, which WL excercise aggravates the 'Traps' more, Dumbell Shoulder Presses or Lateral Raises...an old injury keeps rearing its head, and i dont even lift nothing heavier than 10pounds, or could even 'DB Flys' be a trigger as well
Thanks

Hi! To answer your your question: probably all of them, if your form is off.....
Check out their database for exercises, and how to correctly perform them, or for alternate exercises:

Don't worry about the weights. The number on the dumbbell doesn't matter as much as your ability to use good form. Also, every human is 'assembled' a bit different. Depending on how your bones and joints came out of production, your personal range of motion plays a role, too. Do not try to force yourself, adjust your exercise according to the current limitations of your body (moving your arms in a slightly different angle; alternate exercises for the same muscle group; training to failure with lower weights, rather than overload....) . Over time, your muscle will repair itself, your flexibility and strength will increase, and so will the weights.
