I just got back from a cider pressing party. We're talking an old fashioned, hand cranked cider press. I worked for at least 3 1/2 hours, sometimes cranking (maybe 1/2 hr max) but usually loading apples (lots of bending and lifting). It was definitely exercise, but I have no idea how to count this. Like I said it was at least 3 1/2 hours and we made at least 30 gallons of cider. Any suggestions?

i guess it depends how puffed out you became, how much harder your heart was pumping. How heavy the loads were and how far you carried or lifted them. Have a look at some of the activities to see what matches your efforts closest0
