Something Better than Nothing

My wife has been using this for a while and I know I need to keep better track of what I eat and being a diabetic its especially important for me to do so. I've been procrastinating a bit since I haven't found something that fits just right (I'm primarily talking in terms of an exercise program, but the diet that goes along with it is probably every bit as important). So tonight I exercised with my wife (I swear I want to strangle leslie sansone because of her non-stop talking) and since I was going there I might as well start in here as well. I'm definitely open to any recomendations when it comes to keeping my carbs lower and even.
