Good work friend! You've made some excellent progress!0

That is good progress for two months. Nice to see. Most of the progress ones I've seen are for 6 months or more which just seems so daunting. Nice to see there are good results initially too.0

Very good progress. Great definition and you're looking a lot slimmer. Well done!0

That's great progress in only two months!!! I need to check out SL 5x5.0

Great job! I've been weightlifting since the beginning of March but have not seen much of a weight increase in any of the compound lifts. I'm afraid I've spent too much time on smaller muscle groups and need to move to a 5x5 or SL-type program.0

Great results. I'm 4 weeks into sl5x5 and my strength has definitely improved. What's your eating like? Are you eating under calories?0

My diary is open. My goal on MFP is set to 1550 calories and that's typically how many I eat on weekdays, while still logging exercise. I eat more on weekends but keep at or under my weekly goal so that my average daily NET intake is 1550. My average gross intake is more like 1700, which is my TDEE-10%.0
