Another newbie!

I joined a while ago, but I started being good about keeping my food and exercise diary only this past week. So far I'm WAY over my calories after two nights out with friends (Korean restaurant one night, pizza party the next!) but I'll going to be careful all this week. I have two major events in mid-November, so I'm hoping MFP will keep me on target. I don't have a lot to lose, but I could be a lot firmer and tighter, so exercise is key for me. I use MFP mostly from my phone, but I'm looking forward to hanging out in the forums too.
