Hello ... Again

I've lost 8lbs in just over two years (with a steep down and gradual up again).

I started to review my data for this post to see what happened but noticed an interesting trend. It's raised the spector that my work may be having more of an impact on me than I thought. I always felt I always had good compartmentalisation between home and work but maybe not.

April is when work calms down and by May I've caught up. Looking back, I've been active in May (starting, becoming active again last year and again today. When I stopped the first and second time it coincides with hectic times at work until it calmed down.

So I'm either eating due to stress or I'm so distracted that I don't keep an eye on my intake.
Not sure what I'm going to do but at least I'm aware of the possibility.
