C210K & The Shred

So, i've decided that i'm going to get fitter, and having done some lengthy research, i've decided to do both within a 5 day limit:

Monday: C210K
Tuesday: The Shred
Wednesday: C210K
Thursday: The Shred
Friday: C210K

I'd like some tips from anyone who has done the C210K or the shred, and anything that might be useful.

    Are you a new runner? Run as slowly as you can at first. It should be right about at your walking pace.

    I completed C25K while doing 30DS. I now run 3 miles at least four times a week and am on level 2 of 30DS. So far, so good! Feel free to add me if you want. My advice is to make sure you don't do too much too fast. You'll hurt yourself or burn yourself out if you don't work up to it.
