I'm 49 , female and have lots 40lb over the last year .

Want to look fab at 50! Birthday march next year.

Even though i have lost weight i feel like i have gone from a size 16 sausage, to a size 12 sausage!

So have joined the gym.

    Hi I'm also from the UK! I'm just starting out - aiming to lose 1 stone (14lbs) by 20th December! With dedication and discipline I'm sure I'll do it :D

    I live in Northants and I have a mini goal of losing a stone by Xmas. 10lbs to go! LOL

    EDIT: My ticker hasn't updated. I've lost 4lbs so far (in 2 weeks).

    Have set a target of a stone also, though im not doing the best, did manage to lose 5lb but it nearly all gone back on. Starting back in the gym tonight though :-)

    Welcome, Oh Size 12 sausage!

    I bet you feel great with the weight you 've already lost.
    I have been logging on to MFP since April this year and lost 19lbs from a Size 14 bot to a 12bottom. Its felt so fab!

    I have been away from the site for a months rest from it and was so near goal weight. But relaxed too early and have gained 4lb again. Bad girl!
    So back to stop this getting too out of hand before Christmas.

    My goal is to be 142-4 next Feb as going to South West Australia for friends Wedding. I am 149 today.

    I have anoother 30lbs to go however long it takes lol but am currently sitting at work in nice fitting size 16.....eeeeeeeeek :D (12lbs down!)
