I don't remember high school weigh (long time ago) but in my early 20's was 120-122 lbs, currently 116 and would like to lose another 5-10. Height 4'11"0

I weighed 140 lbs during the last year of high school. At the end of college I weighed about 160 lbs. I stayed at that weight until just a few years ago, when I hurt my knee, preventing most exercise, and quit smoking. Then I went up to almost 180 lbs. Since then I have lost 10 lbs.0

125 in grade ten and I got up to 155 by grade 12, now I'm down to 1340

I would never try to get to my high school weight...1030

I honestly have no clue what I weighed in high school. My parents did not believe I should know, we never even owned a scale and I don't think I ever bothered to check my weight.0

I am 5'3" and was 112 when I graduated, I am now 151, would like to get to 135.0

Its funny how everything goes to hell after high school with the weight.0

I was probably 130 my senior year of high school. I thought I was fat, and by comparison to the other girls in my class, I was. I had a much smaller frame back then because my body wasn't done maturing. I also was very active and I restricted my calories, sometimes only allowing myself 300-600 a day. I remember getting on the scale back then and praying for the number to be 110 and feeling like a failure when it never got there.
Today, I'm 185. I'm not happy with that number but I feel so badly for who I used to be. My self worth was directly tied to the scale. Looking back now, sure I wish I could be 130 again, but I'm realistic and I know I won't be that weight ever again and still be healthy.
You can use any weight you want to from your past to punish yourself now. People do it everyday. Don't set yourself up for failure by comparing your body now with that of someone who hadn't even fully matured yet. That's not healthy.

high school - 88, now 97+. I'm good.0

I was about 5'1 and 115 back in HS - I always thought I was fat back then but never really cared about the scale. I didn't know about nutrition and eating food to fuel me.

I'm 160 now and working on being healthier and more active. This site has really helped me lose weight in the past. I also really enjoy reading everyone's journey, it's inspiring.0 -

I weighed 299lbs the day I graduated high school on May 26th 1996.
I weigh 217.7lbs this morning.
For a loss of 81.3 lbs
And a total of 182.3 from my highest weight of 400lbs. I'm a LOT better off than I was in high school.
It's ironic we're talking about high school. I actually got out a shirt that was one of my favorites in high school, and wore it last night. I worked my hiney off squeezing into it in high school, and it didn't exactly fit then, but I wanted it to because it was "B.U.M. Equipment" shirt, and I loved it. The largest size they made was a large. Here I was in it as a Junior in high school. I *think* this was 1994.
This was last night.

my high school weight was around 250... now I'm about 50 lbs away from that, lighter.0

I was 115 when I graduated. At 5'6". I had the physique of a 12 year old boy hahahaboohoo. I didn't really mature body-wise until college and then after that I went on to an office job, little to no exercise, etc. Now I'm down, from 202 to 151, and other than that stubborn belly fat I like what I see in the mirror.0

I was 100 pounds when I graduated from high school - and under weight. I'm now 115 pounds - and I think I look better now than I did then! Older - but better!0
-
In high school I weighed roughly 110-115 at the height of 5'6". Today I am 100 lbs heavier. That is not the weight I want to be though. I want half. I feel like an Eddie Murphy bit. Half! I want half!!! LOL. Seriously. I was 150 and happy. 169 and happy. 215 and not happy at all.0

I've been 6'6" since my junior year. My senior year I weighed in at a whopping 160. Highest I got was 240 a few years ago. Now I'm around 193. Don't wanna get back to high school weight0
-
My HS weight was about 165-170. I'm at 180 now but I've been as high as 220. I don't think its really a realistic expectation to get back to your HS weight. As you get older, your body composition changes and of course metabolism is different. I just think it's best to be as healthy as you can.0

Depends on the year. I weighed between 170 and 195. Got up to 245 before gradually working my way down to 185. Would like to get back down to about 175 (I'm 6'1")0

I hovered around 135lbs my senior year 14 years ago. Which at 5'10" made me a U.S. size 2 or 4, currently I'm at 165lbs and a size 8-10. I would like to fit into a size 6 comfortably. I don't have a particular weight in mind, however I know I will never make it back to the 130's and Im ok with that.0

My high school weight was 125, until I got pregnant junior year. Then I ballooned up to 210 because of meds and bed rest. I'm around 280 now (but haven't weighed in almost a month).0

215ish in 1996. (6 foot tall) Reached 295+ pounds august 2013. Reached my low end of 162.4 pounds couple months ago, now ~165.0

185 in high school...141 now 12 years later0

I remember always weighing 55kg (121lb) when I was weighed, from about 14 years old onwards, though I didn't weigh all that often. I'm 5'5"/165 cm and stopped growing taller when I was about 12.
The first time I lost weight with mfp I was just seeing if I could still go below 60kg, having already lost a few kg. I ended up seeing 53.8kg on the scales, lighter than I was even at school, so I intentionally gained weight.
Now I'm around 66kg and expect to get back down to 57kg and perhaps lower.0 -
between 91 and 105. I am 115- 120 at the moment.
So 10-15 away0 -
I was around 175 at graduation (I'm 6'-1-1/2" tall) and went up about 10 pounds in the early college years and then back down to about 165 by the end of college. Married shortly thereafter and gained some over the years until I was up to 250+ about 10 years ago -- started to take care of myself and lost close to 60 pounds since and now run, lift, and cycle.0
