Am I "Active" or "Slightly Active?"

Hi all,
So long story short, I work in restaurant management and there are some days (approx. 3 days a week) where I'm on my feet and running around like a crazy person for up to 15 hours in a row. There are other days where I'm more office-focused and will be up and about for around 4 hours a day and sitting at a desk for the other half of the day.
I have my general activity level in the MFP settings as "Slightly Active" to make up for these less busy office-focused days. MFP recommended a 1200 calorie intake for a weight loss goal of 2 lbs per week. When I set the MFP settings to "Active" it's giving me an allowance of 1450 calories per day. I cut that in the middle, customizing and allowing myself a 1325 calorie allowance per day.
With this being said, am I allowing myself too few calories? Right now I am losing weight, but definitely not at a 2 lb per week rate. Just looking for input and thoughts on this.

I'd pick the active level first of all. Write down the difference in calories between "active" and "slightly active". On the days where you are running your self ragged, eat all of your calories, and on the days where you are sitting for half the day, eat a bit under. That's what I am doing so far, along with eating back exercise calories and it seems to be working great!0
