I just joined the National Weight Loss Registry, which is a study of people who've maintained a loss of at least 30 pounds for at least a year. (I know many of you are eligible.)
When I was filling out the paperwork I realized how hard it is to get long term records from MFP. The reports only go back a year. I've been on two and I know lots of people have been on longer. I had gotten my old records from the Check In and put it on Excel, so had it. However, I thought I'd put a note here because it is a pain. If you want your records, do download them periodically before they disappear. I guess I was lucky because the last time I downloaded everything was LAST May.
