    I'm 5' 3.5" -ish and I weigh 112lbs. I would like to be 110lbs but I can't quite seem to get there and stay there. I know I need to work out more.. I'm a small-medium frame.

    145 is my second goal and I thought about 140 or 135 as my next. I'm a little torn though because I'm pear shaped, and at 147 you can already see my ribs and my bones between my breasts. I do a lot of weight training so I might be happy around 143.

    Today someone told me you could count my teeth though the skin on my face :( I just don't know where I want to stop yet. Even my trainer thinks 145 is good.

    I'm 5 foot 3 and a half, and yes that HALF matters LOL! I am currently 118 and at my goal weight, with a BMI of 21. Working on bringing my % body fat down now. =)

    I started at 272 with a BMI of over 47 (Class IV Super-Obese) so I think I'm rocking it! =)

    You look amazing! Seeing this makes me want to keep going until I feel I'm done. I'm listening too much to what people around me are saying.

    Hi everyone :)

    I'm in between 5'3 / 5'4 height. SW 220 and CW is 198 - aiming for 1400 cals per day and exercise 4-5 times per week.

    I'm thinking I'd like to get down to 120-130...

    Does anyone else have similar goals/stats?

    I am 5'4" and SW was 267 CW is 198 also! My short term goal was break 200 by the end of the summer (yay) my next goal is 180 by November 14th (I'm a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding) I started my journey on April 7th the day I gave birth to my daughter. I had 2 babies back to back and only had a few non pregnant months between April '12 and April '14. It took it's toll. Now I'm done having kids and excited to get my body back. I eat 1270 cals a day but I am only lightly active right now, hoping to change that soon

    I'm really encouraged by you girls going down to 125. I don't know if I have it in me! People are telling me to stop losing weight already...Sigh.

    I'm 5'4 and current weight is 194.
    My goal is around 130 too.
    Never stuck to dieting long enough to see anything close to that.
    Lowest weight I can remember is 165.

    I started as 192 a few weeks ago, now 189 (woohoo). Aim is 125-135. I'm between 5'3 and 5'4, medium bone structure

    I'm 5'4" my weight fluctuates from 112 - 115lbs which is ideal for me. I focus on more weight training now but still love my cardio. lol

    5'4" and about 135 now. That was my original goal weight, I'm now thinking more like 125-130ish.

    I think it also depends on your age??? Iam 37 and 5"4 and been told a healthy weight would be around 148..Idk,I take it a day at a time,...

    I always thought I was 5'4" but the doctor's office last measured my height as 5'5". I currently am 143 pounds and a size 8-10. I would like to get down to a size 6 which is probably somewhere between 125 to 130 pounds. My real goal to to lose weight so I will be able to run faster.

    I'm 5'4" and currently at 120 pounds. My ideal weight is 118lbs. After I reach my goal, I'll focus on gaining muscle mass and reducing my body fat percentage, but I don't want to lose any more weight.
