I have come to the conclusion that I can NOT do this alone. I lost about 20 lbs last spring and summer. I have officially gained every ounce back. But I'm ok. It was enlightening to realize that I'm human and I will have pitfalls in my life.
That being said, I realize how much stress affects me. After I stopped my diet, I went back to college part-time at age 42. I had a stressful job and decided to quit it after 7 1/2 years (and our only source of insurance). My stepfather died. I got a new job in January and started to school full-time.
Now I have decided and figured out how to handle things.
If you would like to friend me, I'm open to those that have to restart...
