Lets make sure we eat breakfast. Breakfast helps us get a good start off for the day! Suggestions: fruit, milk, whole wheat toast or pancakes, whole grain cereal or yogurt!!!! Have a great day you guys.

    ...some oatmeal, or Kashi Go Lean cereal with skim milk, and even 2 eggs which offer lots of protein to keep you going! Breakfast is the way to start your day!

    I like to have oatmeal made with almond milk with some strawberries and protein powder with a little cinnamon. Gives me plenty of energy for my workout!
  • I like to start my day with a Whey Protein shake before I work out. And afterwards 2 eggs scrambled

    Oatmeal is great, so is the Kashi Go Lean cereal. If you go for eggs, try to stick to egg whites as you get the protein without the fat!
