Getting back to the fight,
2 years ago i lost about 35lbs, I was soooooo excited. I was able to run Tough MuDDER. and completed it in 54 minutes. that was so much fun and i cant beleive myself that i actually completed it. now almost a year after i got married, i am now back at my original weight at 267. I am so mad! i promise my self that i would not let this happen. now my suits for work dont fit or are so tight, that the buttons are about to call it quit. Today is my 2nd day. walking in the morning and monitoring my calories. amongst eating smaller portions. My problem is that i cant get up in the morning to go walking. i have 2 alarms going off but my drive is not their. I know i can do it. and i will
