I need a support and motivation, finding it difficult to stay on track.

Has anyone ever lost a significant amount of weight and then gained it back? A couple of years ago i lost about 80 pounds and then gained it all back during my pregnancy. Now I’m looking to get back on track and live a healthy lifestyle for my son but aim finding much more difficult this time. Before I had my son I of course had more free time to dedicate to the gym and cooking healthy meals). I also had more money to spend on fresh healthy foods (which are of course more pricey than the non-healthy alternatives). So now with limited time and limited funds I find myself struggling to stay dedicated. I work MTW and it seems to be easier to stay on track when I’m working because I’m on a schedule. I eat lunch at the same time and go to the gym right after work but then the rest of the week I struggle to stay dedicated and commit. Maybe I should create a schedule to stick to for the rest of the week?I need support and motivation.0
