I'm going to this Thai Noodle Bar tomorrow with some friends for a meal, the 2 images are their menu.

I'm currently on a 2100-2600 calorie diet, with breakfast usually about 300 of those. But more importantly I'm trying to focus on getting a more tightened stomach (abs).
Does anyone have any advice on what I should go for?
P.s. this place also claims their food is "MSG free where suitable"
