    MFP has ruined me. I find myself getting pissed at other people's stupid weight loss comments and ads. Like the Hip Hop Abs commercial that claims to blast fat and showed a woman with a perfect 6 pack and her size 20 before pic. Like really, she lost 150lbs doing hip hop abs? They fail to mention it probably took her 2 years of diet, exercise, cutting and bulking to get that body.

    The only thing that can raise your BMR enough to do that is actual cardio, or drugs like cocaine. So I guess it's just a cheap form of cocaine, haha...
