                    I need to lose about 30 pounds in 2 months.  I am 5"10 and weigh 263
Any tips? I currently work out 3 days a week for 60 mins, 45 mins cardio and 15mins on strength.

            30 pounds in 2 months would be a hard goal to reach. 1-2 pounds per week might be more realistic.
