Contessa Brand bag meals

I sometimes use bag meals when short on time to cook and I found that Contessa brand has a calorie count on theirs so if you don't want the sauce packet you will know how many calories. Very nice of them to do that.
If I buy a meal with the sauce disks I just take some out and throw them away. Too much sauce in most of them anyway. I love the Stouffers brand meals. Some aren't too bad on calories either. Sodium can be a big issue though.
