My second day, first went well. I want to try and lose the weight i have put on since quitting smoking, about 20 pounds. If that goes well i would like to continue my exercise routine and neww improved eating habits to get to the weight i was 17 years ago when I met and fell in love with my wonderful life partner. Wish me luck!
