Off to a good start!

Today marks my first full week of using MFP and when I stepped on the scale this morning, I had lost 5.2 lbs! I know that is a lot to lose in one week but I always lose the most during that first initial week. I have tried Weight Watchers several times and have been successful but I always gain it back. Hopefully this will be the change I need. 21 more lbs. to go!

    Awesome job.....keep up the great job.....The first few weeks, people usually have awesome rsults, alot of it is water weight.

    Keep pushing forward, and you will have awesome results.

    Keep in mind that the last 10-20 pounds is usually rough. Just dont giveup and know you will have good days and maybe some bad days. Just always get back on track
