Hi Guys,
I'm new here and i'm not even sure if you put my details in correctly. I would love it if someone could mentor me.
I'm a mum of 4 oldest 16 youngest 2.
I weigh 57kg
5.1 height roughly 155 cm
waist 33
chest 36
thighs 37
I let go and became over weight 60kg plus i am usually anywhere from 45 to 50 I dont like going bigger than that. However last winter I was not doing anything and put on heaps. Chocolate & coffee is my krytonite. This time round I won't be doing that. About 2 weeks ago I started jullian michaels 30 day shred ripped in 30 and squat challenge. I run the footy oval everyday. I would like to start parkour or free running. Often take long walks. As you can see I'm a total noob.
I would like help with getting a larger bust (boobs and butt) (sagging due to breast feeding) don't care if this adds weight. Currently doing squats lunges and looking to buy a home gym. The results have motivated me to push harder and train harder. There is so much information out there I'm just overwhelmed.
Thankfully I have always loved running and I'm not affraid of hard work. If you ain't sweating at the end of your workout you ain't doing it right. Got me a lil training partner my two year old runs with me and sometimes I use her as a weight lol. I lift her up in the air she seems to think its great fun being thrown in the air. I'm not time poor so i will put in the hard yards for results fast. But I won't be dissapointed if this takes longer i'm in it for the long haul. Compare with about a decade ago the amount of info out there is very confusing. I really didn't know where to start. So I just started with juillian michaels because i find her motivating and not too bad to look at.lol.
Progress. The first time I road a bike last year I could not get up the street I was huffing and puffing. Now i can do couple or blocks. In the beginning I could not even finish 30 day shred. Now I can do both and add in a bit more exercise I've learned along the way off youtube. I have dropped a few dress sizes. But I am not at my goal. My main goal is to loose this pouch gain on my *kitten* and chest area. I really hope I'm doing the right things to achieve this. Lil clueless but at least i'mm active and keeping fit.
I'm taking chia seeds, spirulina, fish oil, kril oil,green super concoction that is gross as. Added kale to my diet. I have absolutly no clues when it comes to nutrition. I mainily just stopped eating to loose weight. I know this is very wrong but I did get results fast No pain no gain right. So i'm slowly trying to learn but as I said all this is new to me.
Sorry got abit carried away. So if anyone would be so kind as to help a newbie out I would be very greatful.
