100g of Fruit - including seeds or not?

My husband asked me earlier, and I really can't find a definitive answer. If you log a whole apple that weighs, say, 350 grams - is the fact that the core is inedible already factored into the calories, or is it actually supposed to be that you've cut it and weighed it? Same question with peaches, nectarines, etc - these are things you don't typically cut up before you weight/eat.

I guess you could weigh the apple whole and then weigh the core afterwards and subtract from the total.
Sounds too cumbersome for me though -and the calorie difference is going to be very small, hardly going to make a difference overall unless you are eating huge numbers of them.0
