I was so good about this for over a year, and a couple of attempts to come back and track have gone awry. So, here I am again. I am not tracking calories to lose weight, just want to maintain and more interested in tracking nutrients. I have been dealing with an autoimmune thyroid illness and phase three adrenal fatigue for over a year now, so I am mostly Paleo AIP, but no red meat. Will be much different than when I was here before eating tortilla chips and a vegetarian diet. Would love to connect with other here who are dealing with AI, Hashimotos Thyroid, or on Paleo Autoimmune Protocol. Well, here goes....
