Hi all. This is a popular question I've noticed lately. I'm planning to buy a fit bit or something similar this week.
I currently use a a Polar FT4 HRM for my cardio and strength sessions after work. But I'm a scaffolder and am moving and walking and climbing and lifting heavy gear 10 hours a day and would like to know how many calories I'm actually burning so I know how much i can eat. So for this use, what would you recommend? Please and thanks.

Body media Fit (Kifit in UK) will be more accurate as fitbit will on,y do steps, not the arm movements and carrying.0
