Loving MFP & continued supprt

The more I use this site, the more I love it. It is the best and easiest tool I have ever used for weight loss. It has been 1 week and I think I'm addicted to the site. I can't wait to log on and enter meals in my tracker. I even use it as a guide for meal planning dinner. I was entering my lunch while I was eating it! Then I sit and read the entries from all the supportive people here and find inspiration and hope in my weight loss journey. I am actually looking forward to weighing in this afternoon. ~ I need to get a scale, so I can weigh in at home in the AM, (pause for water). ~ Thank you all for being here and helping out. It's like having a support group on my kitchen. No traveling 36 miles to a building, waiting in line to weigh in, and then sitting through a meeting that I can't hear what is being said anyway, (more water). I will be traveling to Florida for a wedding next week, and will be asking for travel food and wedding food advise. Please stop by this topic again for updates on my road trip. Have a good day/night, and gl to all.:flowerforyou:

Love your hype! :drinker: Very glad to see you find this website as helpful as we do. I don't know WHAT I'd do without my MFP friends and I look forward to keeping in touch with you and hearing your progress! Thanks for adding me and let's keep in touch!! :flowerforyou:0

I agree! It makes the journaling fun, like a game. My only problem is that I'm spending too much time on the board...kind of defeating the goal of getting up and moving around!!!0

I hear ya! i know exactly what you mean. I have to force myself to walk away. I home school my daughter, so that is motivation. Especially when she says, "Are we going to get back to school?", after lunch is over.0 -
I'm in Florida now and need some support/advise. How do I keeps from overeating with all the wedding food? How do you convince your mother and mother in law, you do not need to keep eating everything in sight?:frown:0
