Exercise cals - do I subtract normal activity

quick question. If I normally use up say fifty cals in half an hour doing nothing much, when I burn off 200 cals doing exercise do I need to take off the fifty I would normally burn, so my actual cals earned through exercise is 150 ? Does that make sense ? So take off 50 I use in just living.
