Okay, so I went on a binge today and ate all of my calories plus 300+ more all at one time! I'm not going to be able really get out an exercise until after 9pm tonight (that's 8 hours from now!) Did I blow it? I'm at work right now, and I've been standing and trying to walk around as much as possible, but I need to burn those excess! Is it all over for me today? Can I still burn off those calories tonight? I hope so!!! I was doing really really well, too! :grumble:

We all mess up from time to time. Eat a sensible dinner. Go ahead and exercise tonight as much as you can to help balance some. (I never exercise before 8:00 anyway) Don't let yourself get so frustratd you stop doing what you need to do. I have been told it doesn't matter how many times you fall off the horse, it is how many times you get back on. (Just don't fall off every day)

I've been at this since January and the two times I went over by the most calories I lost weight on my next weigh in. So I wouldn't worry about it. It takes 3500 calories to equal a pound.

    Been there, done that! :grumble:

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat it... work out and stay on track the rest of the day and you'll be fine. Also, drink water. :drinker:

If you have a desk job (like me) and have to sit a lot - do calf raises sitting at your desk, and focus on tightning and releasing your abs while you sit up straight. Try not to use the back rest on your seat - use your core muscles to sit up straight.
