OFFICIALLY HIT 100LBS LOST TODAY!

Yes I am about early to my normal weigh in, but I recently upped my cardio a bit and added in some more HIIT work and I just felt like things were going great I could actually feel my pants and shirts looser in just the last 7-10 days. So, I was anxious to hit the scale. Now I started this journey on MFP at 332, but when I started at the very beginning I was 350lbs so today marks 100 total lbs lost in a little over a years time. I am thrilled! Hard work and dedication do pay off big time! Where my Spartans at... AROO!
