Hi guys,
I have a farm and do farm-related chores every day (hauling buckets, cleaning horse stalls etc) but I don't know how to log this in to my exercise on MFP. Any ideas? Thanks!!

If this is every day and consistently part of your life, I would change the activity level instead of manually logging the 'workouts.' Here are the different levels for MFP:
How would you describe your normal daily activities?
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)
If you are doing heavy chores all day for 8 hrs, I would pick Active or Very Active. If you are doing chores for 2-4 hours a day, I would do Lightly Active.0 -
Good advice, thanks!!
