365 days--63 pounds: A Story in Pictures

So it's been a year of tracking on My Fitness Pal. Learning what a portion size is, discovering new foods like quinoa and oatmeal and falling in love with old favorites like fruit. Finding out that yes, I am a runner. Becoming stronger and healthier and better, through small steps and some tangents, but always sticking close to my path.

I've lost 63 pounds. I've lost so many inches. I could go on and on about my story, but the old adage is true: a picture is worth a thousand words. Even though the first pictures I have came twenty pounds into the story, they still say a lot.

This before picture is probably at my highest weight, when I might have been even more than 195 pounds.

Weight: 195 -> 131 (-63)
Bust: 42 -> 37 (-5)
Waist: 39.5 -> 34 (-5.5)
Hips: 41 -> 36.5 (-5.5)
BMI: 31.0 -> 23.3 (-7.7)
BF%: 42.3 -> 29.4 (-12.9%)
