I hate my life.

I've been fat my whole life and when I started to diet and exercise and get close to my goal weight I ruined everything and gained 7 kilos while I was on vacation with my family... I feel fat and ugly and I just wanna die... Its so hard getting back on track specially when you have finals and a lot of things to worry about

Is that you in your profile picture? It sounds like you have body dysmorphia and might want to seek professional help. Best wishes.

I know sometimes it can feel hopeless, but you are valuable for WAY more than just your weight. It's easy to focus so much on the bad things in life and forget that there is a lot of good going on too. Try and focus on the good things, no matter how small or simple, and realize that tomorrow will be a better day. Grab ahold of the ways weightloss will enhance your life (notice I didn't say make it better or perfect), and use those as motivation. Even if you are thin and fit, happiness still has to come from within. You are worth it, don't forget that.

First of all, I've found that the weight I've gained on vacation melts off pretty quickly once I'm back into my old routine. Vacations are luxuries - appreciate the fact that you got to have one and, clearly, were able to indulge and enjoy the moment. I can assure you that when you are on your deathbed, you will choose to remember the awesome dinners and amazing fun, rather than the 7 kilos you gained.

Second of all, if gaining 7 kilos is sending you into such a tailspin, I highly suggest you talk to someone about your body image and relationship with food BEFORE it gets out of hand.
