I'm so close to my goal of shedding 100 pounds off my body. I thought I would post some before and afters to motivate me and others to keep pushing through their journey! Feel free to message me if you have any questions, it's been a long and amazing road. I'm going to be switching to maintaining which will be a huge change for me!     No surgery. No weight loss pills or supplements. No diets. No trainers or workout plans.
    My success was due to eating right (watching my calories), walking and gym, all done on my own at my own will.
