is 71....

BRB, only 34

My Omron-HBF-514C scale pined me as a 71 year old male. Hmmm. I don't know how accurate these calculations are, but double my age?

How odd. One thing I read a while ago is that if you don't use monitors/scales like that while fasted (at least 4 hours without food/drink), they can be very inaccurate as they include the mass of the food/water in your system, not just your body. Kind of like weighing yourself on a regular scale right after eating - you know it's not just measuring your body.

    From amazon listing:
Body age is calculated by weight, body fat percentage and skeletal muscle percentage to provide a guide to determine if your body age is above or below your actual calendar age.

So that would lead me to think it's not measuring correctly for some reason. Either that or you're REALLY out of shape. ;)

I have the same scale. I'm 60. The scale thinks I'm 45. Or 46. I'm right on the border between the two.

What's your visceral fat reading? Mine is jumping back and forth between 6 and 7. The reason I ask is that it seems closely correlated to the theoretical age.
