Ive had my second child 10 weeks ago now and determined to loose the weight again. I got back to a size 8 before I got pregnant but have yet again out on too much weight despite swimming 100 lengths a week.

My first week of exercing has been full on and despite low fat/carb diet ive not lost any weight so going to try upping my calories this week so im not in starvation mode apparently!!

    Welcome! Give your body time to work out what's going on. I had trouble losing at first. Then, after a couple of weeks, my body seemed to kick into gear.
