I know this sounds like an ad for this product but the beauty and terror of it is it automatically syncs to Myfitnesspal! When it posts in your feed it reports like the following. So you can't decide to not post (I guess you could always delete the post).

So I thought it would be fun if other Withing scale owners want to join me in a weekly weigh in, I've been doing Tuesday's. Anyone with me? Any and all new motivation strategies welcome.

    I got the Aria Wi-Fi scale from FitBit, best investment I ever made. You will love the sync to MFP and the graphs over time are very telling. I am sure your scale is the same, congrats

    I just got a Withings scale - love it!!! I'm weighing in every morning, it keeps me motivated:))
