Weight Report For The Year! :)

I love MFP's reporting features. I find it so helpful to give myself a reality check, when I'm feeling down or stuck! I can see all the stalls or gains, but most importantly the subsequent downward trend.

This is what the last 180 days of loss looks like for me. (Started trying again in November '13.)

When you see yours, what do you think? Does it give you the same push it gives me?

Edit: Okay, so 180 days shows that I'm talking about more clearly, lol.

My report from the last year isn't very impressive. I spent a lot of time working through health problems and maintaining. Ready to get back at it! Yours looks great!

Is it too much to say that I find the maintenance impressive? I have heard that is harder than loosing.

IDK how impressive it was for me....I was *trying* to lose weight, but kept overeating and maintaining. Better than gaining though!

Having something like the graph is a great way to get some motivation back that you've lost from a platuea or a stall. Sometimes you can even imagine how you felt at the top of the graph and how you do now and that will help even more. I just started using MFP recently so dont have too much of a graph to display but liking all the features so far!

How do you run a report? When I had a different phone I could see the graph on the AP. But with this windows phone I don't see it. I loved watching the graph change over time.

Yes, exactly! The reporting features are so great, you can really see the effort you've put in! In a few months those charts will really wow you.

You know I'm actually not sure about the windows phones, sorry. :ohwell:

If you go on the website there is a tab called "Reports" at the top. From there you can really see a lot.

Here's mine...it's kind of a cool day to post because one year ago is right around when I got pregnant, so it's quite a roller coaster!

eh never mind. It goes up and down LOL

If you really want a thrill, go to Hacker's Diet Online and enter in your data. It will average out your readings and give you your "true" weight curve over that time.
