What is your favorite Fitness Blender work out?

Well, the title pretty much sums it all.

I love doing their Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout - High Intensity Interval Training with Warm Up & Cool Down (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhdXXqcoco0) but I would love to know some other HIIT videos that are as much challenging, but a little longer (like, around 25 minutes of HIIT total, without the cooldown).

Alson, I saw a nice video for a kettle bell work out, but the dude performing the kettle bell swing has the worst form ever, so I'm worried about doing this one.

If you have any recommendation, I will be pleased to listen to them all.
