I have lost 66 lbs UPTO last week, through calorie counting and walking, at a rate of about 1 lb a week,

I started with tooth ache on Sunday and have found it difficult to eat proper, I am off to the dentist tomorrow, so hopefully it will get sorted, but since Sunday I have lost another 5 lbs in just a few days, when it start eating my daily calories again, will I regain the weight I lost, before I carry on losing my unwanted weight ? Or will I just carry on losing weight as I have done before I started with the tooth ache?

Well it's Tuesday...and to lose 1lb of fat you need to being in a 3500 calorie deficit...to lose 5 that is 17,500...did you burn that many calories?

    Yah no...

Chances are it's water weight with maybe 1lb really gone.

I would expect it to come back once you start eating regularly.
