What do you guys and gals think? I can see how being obese can mess up your hormones and dis-regulate a persons metabolism... but, IMO it still begs the question. How did we get fat in the first place?

the whole article is recycled crap from the 90's and 00's (angst is at the article not you).
So refined carbs are the enemy again, lower carb diets help keep weight off bettter, blah blah...
Foods with fats and carbs together just freaking taste good and "eating clean" doesn't..also actually exercising sucks.
