    Step 1: Pick up weights
    Step 2: Put them down

    Repeat 1 and 2.

Add weight training. Don't take the small weights, take something heavier than your handbag, that you can lift about 10-15 times.
Plenty of stuff to find online.

    Have a desk?
3 days a week I do pushups once an hour leaning onto my desk while at work. 7-8 sets 3 days a week and I can feel and see the strength in my arms already

Yes, remain very, very still.... lol :flowerforyou:

In all seriousness, there's no way to target a specific area of the body (regardless of what these other posters have said), and so the solution is to loose weight overall. Where you loose and how much you loose depends on your genetics. (i.e. my chest tends to get pretty nice and lean well before my lower stomach shapes up).

Also exercises right now probably won't help at all because exercise only grows/strengthens muscle, it doesn't "tighten" anything (not even the muscle actually, they are naturally taught and working out doesn't change that)

Also if it's just loose skin, there's no way to truely tighten it without surgery.

A great resource for this is "New Rules of Lifting for Women", and I highly encourage you to buy the book. It'll save you A LOT of time and effort.
