Trouble deciding calorie allotments

I've decided to spend 1200-1300 calories a per day, but I'm not sure how to spread them out. Ideas?
I could go 300/300/400 with 100 for 2 snacks, but I'm not sure if that's the right course, as I usually get noshy mid afternoon.

Divide them up however you like to fit with when you are most hungry. Timing doesn't matter.0

Here is my schedule.... I dont really want to use "schedule" because I will eat more or less as needed, but typically, here is what I do
My calorie intake is 1400
under 160-180 for bfast
under 400-500 for lunch
snack 200 cals
Dinner 500-600 (depending on how many cals I have left)
If I am hungry in between, I drink vanilla chai tea with 2 splenda-zero calorie0
