Trouble deciding calorie allotments

I've decided to spend 1200-1300 calories a per day, but I'm not sure how to spread them out. Ideas?

I could go 300/300/400 with 100 for 2 snacks, but I'm not sure if that's the right course, as I usually get noshy mid afternoon.

    Divide them up however you like to fit with when you are most hungry. Timing doesn't matter.

    Meal timing will not affect your weight loss.

    It may affect your mood, hunger levels, and workout performance throughout the day.

    Feel free to experiment and see what works best for you and your schedule.

    Here is my schedule.... I dont really want to use "schedule" because I will eat more or less as needed, but typically, here is what I do

    My calorie intake is 1400

    under 160-180 for bfast

    under 400-500 for lunch

    snack 200 cals

    Dinner 500-600 (depending on how many cals I have left)

    If I am hungry in between, I drink vanilla chai tea with 2 splenda-zero calorie
