Once & For All !!!

Would you be interested in being accountable together?

I am looking for a group of us that have a substantial amount of weight to lose to join each other in an accountability group on this forum.

We are calling the group Once & For All !!! because that is exactly what we are going to do together. Once and for all we will get rid of the excess weight and live in a whole new way.

Accountability groups can be really powerful when everyone in the group is like-minded and united around achieving a common goal.
We can do amazing things when we feel invested in each other.
Plus, the closer the group, the more likely it is that each of us individually will reach our goal. So, we are looking for each member to want to communicate frequently - at least 2-3 times each week on this forum.
