If I have love handles when I am fat does this means I will when I lose weight as well? Does your body shape stay relatively the same throughout the process of weight loss?

If that is where your body really loves to store fat, then I would say that you could still have a bit of love handles once you lose the weight that you want to. But at the same time, if you didn't have love handles before you gained the weight, then you most likely wouldn't so long as you were doing cardio exercises to shed it on top of exercises that target that particular area.0

Everybody(Every body) is different. I don't think there is a way to know, other than your personal trend/experience. For me, it's the same shape... but how it will be 40 lbs from now... no clue!
I could be wrong, but that's my guess.0 -
If you want to check out my profile you will see be at 166 and now at 130. Your BODY CHANGES a ton. Atleast mine did with the help of crossfit (weight training plus cardio), clean eating, and running.0

Your body can change shape A LOT. Like at my HW I had a big butt (44 inches) and now it's 35. I was really surprised, I thought it'd always be big. I went from a pear shape to more of a ruler. to to answer your question, you could well completely lose your love handles over time.0
