I buy Organic Chicken Broth (at Costco or Trader Joes) in the pourable quarts. No added salt. The broth can also be frozen in ice cube trays and put in ziplocks and then you have one portion cubes to drop into your recipes.

Most big grocery stores have a "natural" section. You can find it there.

I tend to skip the natural foods section but I will find that broth.
    Thanks Cheryl!

    How are you doing?

    Healthier_you.

I posted my weight gain. I went to the gym for an hour of elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes recumbent bike. Did about 10 minutes of weights. I don't have the weights machines quite figured out without my trainer around (three sessions so far.) So I just did about half of the circuit.

I feel great, and I made an Excell work/spread sheet to enter all my numbers, and now it will figure my goals daily.

    Thnx for asking.
