That's right:

So, there you go, 80 items! I could go on but this is enough. To be clear: I am a minimalist (meaning, in this case, that I don't own much and that I am contend with that - I spend about 500-600 euros per month), this list is just a brainstorm. Before I buy anything I am very critical. Most things on this list will never be bought. Also, I hereby declare that I won't buy any item on this list UNLESS it is a reward for something I achieved.
The goals I am continuously working on:
1. To lose weight through lifestyle change
2. To habitually eat healthy food and avoid unhealthy eating habits
3. To run frequently and improve my running speed and endurance
4. To build the strength and stability of my body through fitness and core stability exercises
5. To swim frequently and improve my swimming speed and endurance
6. To cycle frequently and improve my cycling speed and endurance
7. To use physical exercise to benefit my mental abilities, get rid of stress and increase happiness
8. To coach others in exercising and developing a healthy lifestyle in general
9. To build my knowledge on exercise, nutrition and how the body works
10. To use my free time well; to avoid idleness and as frequently as possible embark on adventures (with friends)!
(the greater goals that summarize these all: to enjoy life, be healthy, fit and social)
These goals may sound like much, but I can tell you that I am working on all of them. Of course I have to compromise, but I've seen good progress in everything.
Ok now the last part; I will tell you my top 10 rewards and state the conditions I need to meet to get them:
1. A T-shirt -> I can buy a new T-shirt if I weigh less than 86 kg
2. A 0.6 L aluminum water bottle -> I get this if I run 10 kilometers in less than 43 minutes (>14 km/h)
3. A frisbee -> If I attend athletics training twice a week for 3 weeks in a row
4. Running shorts -> If I incorporate good interval trainings in my running regime and have done 10 of these (1-2 per week).
5. Running shirt -> If I have run another 500 kilometers.
6. A small backpack -> Weigh less than 84 kg
7. Boxers -> Weigh less than 82 kg
8. Do a cheap event -> Avoid idleness for 2 weeks, but be productive and adventurous (measured by tracking time and goals)
9. Buy swimming pants -> Swim 1000 meters non-stop breast crawl
10. Buy swimming goggles -> Swim 500 meters non-stop breast crawl
For goals 3, 4, 5, 9, 10: if I get an injury I have to start over (to avoid giving myself the incentive to train too much. I never had an overuse injury in my whole life and it may not look like it, but I am really careful and give injury prevention and safety in general a high priority)
Ok that's it. Took me some time to write, but I hope that it is inspiring to you! Bottom line: rewards are awesome - they can help you to stay motivated and disciplined, and at the same time they make you think well over what you do with your time on money (you worked hard for the reward so you'd make sure that you chose a useful reward).
I am looking forward to read about your goals and rewards!
