NSV: How can it get any better??

So I'm down 27 pounds...but that's not what is keeping me going. It's all the little stuff!

--I've dropped from 47% body fat to 44%

--My wedding rings are loose and almost falling off

--I can wear a size "large" running pants (no more XXL)

--Riding my bike feels...dare I say it?...easy!

--I can run 20 minutes without stopping

--I can work out in my yard doing hard stuff...digging, mulching, weeding, etc...for several hours. Before I would get tired after about 15 minutes.

--My legs are starting to look awesome/muscular from the running and weight lifting.

--I can tighten my felt 2 more notches than I could in February.

--I've dropped 3 pants sizes

--I have a ton more energy

--No more back aches when I get out of bed. Most days I almost jump out of bed!

--I actually look forward to my runs and love getting all sweaty

I could go on and on. It's hard to imagine that I'll feel even better than I do right now...because I am feeling pretty awesome! Yay!

    That's awesome! Congratulations. I need to remember these types of NSV's when I hit a plateau. Thanks for reminding me it's not just what the number on the scale says, it's those small victories I have accomplished that will keep me going!

    Those are some great NSVs. It's easy to forget when one is just watching the scale.
